The band had performed its popular numbers including some new creations, namely: Rama Rama, Koshiko Pani and Hami Pani Nepali, at the show.
“I am humbled to be standing on this iconic stage where musical and theatre icons have stood. I am here standing on the stage and performing for you,” the band’s front man Amrit Gurung told his audience as he began the show with Dashain greetings.
“Wherever you will be, do not forget your country and your roots. Keep her in your thoughts,” he addressed the audience dominated by Nepali diaspora.
“The Warfield gathering turned out to be a Dashain reunion for the Bay Area residents,” Nepalaya, which manages concerts for the band, informed in a statement, “They travelled a long distance to be there.”
